Lead Delivery & Replacement Terms
Lead Delivery
Leads are delivered in real-time directly to your email or CRM system. Every lead includes verified contact information meeting our standard quality filters.
Standard Lead Filters
All leads include the following standard filters at no additional cost:
Note: Advanced filters are available at an additional cost per lead.
Return Eligibility
Any leads that do not meet the standard parameters listed above can be returned and replaced at no cost to you.
Lead returns must be sent to support@stgauto.ca within 5 days to be accepted as a return.
SIN Number Leads
Leads containing SIN numbers starting with 9 can be:
- Returned - If returned, you agree to stop working that lead
- Purchased for $20 - Continue working the lead
Contact Requirements
As part of our service agreement, you agree to:
- Make best efforts to contact the lead as soon as you receive it (within reasonable hours)
- Reach out to each lead using 3 points of contact (Phone, Email & Text)
- Continue outreach every day for 3 days minimum until contact has been made
Service Areas & Changes
All areas you service must be agreed upon before lead delivery starts.
Any changes in area or filters must be sent in writing to support@stgauto.ca and will be processed within 5 business days.
